Policies
GraceLondon Creations pieces are handmade, so each order is handled carefully and personally through WhatsApp.
Courier delivery is available across South Africa. Delivery costs and timelines are confirmed on WhatsApp before payment, based on the item size, delivery address and courier availability.
Ready-made pieces are usually dispatched within 3–7 working days after payment confirmation. Made-to-order and custom pieces may require a longer lead time.
Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in form, texture and finish are part of the character of the work and are not considered defects.
Returns are considered within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. Custom, commissioned and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable once production has started.
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours with clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue.
Custom orders are quoted individually. A deposit may be required before production begins. Timelines, dimensions and finishes are confirmed in writing before the piece is made.
Use pieces indoors only. Wipe gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not soak, scrub or place in a dishwasher. Avoid prolonged exposure to water, oils and harsh cleaning products.
Customer details shared for orders are used only to process enquiries, payments, delivery and customer communication. We do not sell customer information to third parties.
